Even though the atmosphere is not the most lively in this neighborhood finding one of the about 10 nightlife venues is very easy since they are generally located around the corner. At the same time, this part of the city is quiet overall, as the streets are usually quite peaceful. Green spaces aren't well-spread out, which results in them being rather difficult to access from many locations within the neighborhood.
